Are you an experienced Risk professional ready to influence senior leaders and challenge the status quo?
We’re looking for a strategic Group Risk Manager to own and develop risk practices, focusing on Customer Operations and/or Technology risk.
What you’ll do:
• Be the trusted Risk Management expert for key business units, partnering with execs to embed and enhance the Risk Framework
• Lead risk assessments, governance meetings, and risk reporting to Audit Committees
• Drive compliance with FCA and GFSC regulations while promoting a risk-aware culture across the business
• Own and evolve aspects of the Risk Management Framework to best-in-class standards
• Support and deputise for senior Risk leadership when needed

• Extensive senior-level Risk Management experience
• Strong knowledge of FCA and GFSC regulatory requirements
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level
