Are you passionate about healthcare innovation? Skilled in turning conversations into insight? Ready to work with world-leading clients in digital health, medical imaging, and healthcare IT?

We're hiring a Research Executive to join the Custom Research & Consultancy team of a leading healthcare market intelligence agency. Their clients include GE Healthcare, Siemens, Canon, and cutting-edge HealthTech start-ups — and they're expanding.

This is more than just research. It's about influencing strategic decisions in a fast-moving, global industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct primary market research through in-depth interviews with C-suite executives, clinicians, and tech vendors
  • Lead qualitative research design , from developing interview guides to synthesising stakeholder insights
  • Carry out secondary research across healthcare databases, reports, and competitor intelligence sources
  • Support data analysis and forecasting , helping model market sizes and trends in Excel
  • Collaborate with analysts to build clear, actionable reports and client-ready presentations
  • Contribute to proposal writing, marketing content, and the broader consulting process

✅ What We’re Really Looking For

  • 1+ years’ experience in market research, consultancy, or healthcare insights
  • Demonstrated experience conducting qualitative interviews — not just secondary analysis
  • A background or strong interest in healthcare, life sciences, or digital health
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to craft strategic, insight-led narratives
  • Confident working with data in Excel , including basic modelling and visualisation
  • A genuine curiosity about how healthcare systems work and evolve

Why This Role Matters

You'll be joining a team known for shaping evidence-based decisions in one of the world’s most important industries. Their work helps major healthcare companies innovate, grow, and adapt to global challenges — and you’ll be a core part of that mission.

What’s in It for You

  • Competitive salary: £27,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
  • 27 days holiday (plus bank holidays), flexible usage
  • Ideally Hybrid work with 3 days/week in Milton Keynes office, can be more remote after 6 months probation
  • Health cash plan including virtual GP, optical/dental cover & counselling
  • Structured training and career development
  • Profit share and personal performance bonuses
  • Friendly, collaborative, fast-growing team

Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will complete a 30 min video interview. Final stage in-person at their offices in Cranfield including a short presentation and case-based task to demonstrate research thinking, analytical skills, and communication.

If you're ready to move beyond surface-level research and contribute meaningfully to healthcare innovation — we want to hear from you.
