Telecommunications Sales Representative
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. They should be proficient in navigating CRM systems and possess excellent verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on current packages and uncover opportunities for upsell or cross-sell services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 20 hours per week commitment, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
- Availability in various provinces across Canada.
