Job Description:
A professional in this role will have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
They must be proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously, possess exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, and apply proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients on their current packages to uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- Collaborate with existing customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
This position requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at the individual’s discretion.
Requirements:
- The successful candidate must reside in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
