Primary Responsibilities:

Utilize industry knowledge and product expertise to consult with clients on their current packages and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is highly desirable, but not necessarily required. Telecommunications experience is preferred, but not essential.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously to manage customer interactions and track progress.
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Proven ability to apply sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
