Job Title
We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to work with existing small-medium business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or a related field. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset. Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Key Qualifications:

- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.)

In this role, you will engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value. You will also be responsible for managing a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance

Additional Requirements:
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
You must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
