About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging clients through inbound and outbound calls, consulting on their current packages, and uncovering opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, preferably in B2B telecommunications sales. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology, such as MEDDICC or SPIN Selling, is a strong asset.
You will also need to be proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously, with exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
The compensation package includes base pay + commission, with the potential to earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on performance.
Paid training is provided to ensure you are fully certified before starting.
Additionally, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
- A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Availability to work during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM EST).
- Living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
