Role Overview
This is an opportunity to work as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, engaging clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls
- Consult on client’s current packages
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers, or similar) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
Desirable Skills:
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.)
- Telecommunications experience
Work-related Skills:
- Navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
- Verbal communication and active listening skills
- Sales and retention strategies
- B2B telecommunications sales
- Organizational and time management skills
- Structured sales process in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
- Availability to work beyond 20 hours will significantly increase commission earnings
