Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, identifying opportunities to upgrade and optimize their current packages.
  • Consult on clients’ current plans, providing tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value for the client.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, including commission-based selling and performance targets.
  2. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.
  3. Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

Additional Requirements

This role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
