Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to remain competitive

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, preferably in a B2B telecommunications environment
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

Benefits:

  • Earn base pay + commission: $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on performance

  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST
