Job Overview

We are seeking a sales professional to work remotely as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant.

  • This role involves engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, including commission-based selling and performance targets.

Formal training in a recognized sales methodology is considered a strong asset.

Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description: Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
  2. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
  3. Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

Benefits:

  1. Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.
  2. Paid training: Get fully certified before you start.
  3. Flexible remote work: Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.

Others:

  1. This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
  2. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
