We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team.

  • Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) required for this role.
  • At least one year of customer-facing experience is necessary.
  • A strong problem-solving skillset and passion for innovation are essential.
  • The ability to learn new technologies quickly is desired.
  • Eagerness to meet performance objectives and productivity targets is a must.

This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, with a schedule that can be set between Monday to Sunday (7am-8pm MST). A minimum of 25 hours per week is required, with at least 6 hours on one weekend day (Sat and/or Sun).
