Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing Small-Medium Business customers via inbound and outbound calls to optimize their wireless phone services.
- Consult on current packages and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that increase value.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable sales experience, with a focus on commission-based selling and performance targets.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is highly valued.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Essential Skills
- Navigate multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Apply proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- B2B telecommunications sales experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements
- Availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
- Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
