Business Development Opportunity:
Elevate your sales career with a dynamic role as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. This position offers the chance to work remotely and engage existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
You will be responsible for consulting clients through inbound and outbound calls, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value. With a focus on customer satisfaction and retention, you will play a critical role in driving business growth.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required, preferably with a strong background in telecommunications.
- Formal training in recognized sales methodologies is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Benefits:
- Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on performance.

Other Requirements:
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
- Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
