Are you ready to take full ownership of a brand-new children’s home — from décor to delivery?
We’re looking for a Registered Manager to lead the setup and registration of a 4-bedded EBD home in Chadwell Heath. This is a rare opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, supported by an Area Manager/Responsible Individual with ambitious plans to expand across East London.
About the Home:
• Brand-new, semi-detached 3-floor property with driveway and office/staff space
• 4 spacious children’s bedrooms + staff facilities
• Located just off the high road — close to transport, shops, and local amenities
• All policies, procedures, and planning already in place
The Setup:
• We’re looking for a Registered Manager to take the reins at the pre-registration stage
• The home is not yet open, so you’ll shape the environment from the start — including deciding on furniture, layout, and décor
• You may stay in your current role and provide support on a paid consultancy basis until registration is complete
• Occasional on-site presence may be required during the setup period

What We’re Looking For:
• Experienced Registered Manager with a background in EBD or complex needs
WOULD ALSO CONSIDER A VERY EXPERIENCED DEPUTY!
• Proven track record with Ofsted inspections and service development
• Confident in leading a new service through registration and setup
