Caseload will include…
- commercial lease disputes such as arrears, breaches, forfeiture, dilapidations, insolvency
- Easement disputes
- Deeds of Release
- 1954 Act lease renewals
- land disputes such as prescription, trespass, access
- general litigation including money claims and judgement enforcement
- Drafting and conduct of legal claims and court attendances
- Be able to work mostly unsupervised
