We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team.
About the Job
This Casual position provides the opportunity for flexible scheduling and self-scheduling, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. Our Physiotherapists play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
As a Physiotherapist with CarePartners, you will be responsible for assessing patients in the community and their homes, developing and maintaining effective care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve measurable goals and outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, and work scheduling systems
- Strong assessment skills and ability to participate in effective treatment programs
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- French language skills are an asset
