Physical Therapist (PT) – School-Based Contract

Location: Terre Haute, IN
School Year: 2026–2027

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in the Terre Haute, Indiana area to hire a Physical Therapist (PT) for the upcoming school year. This onsite role offers the opportunity to support students in a collaborative and student-centered environment.

The district is seeking a motivated clinician who enjoys working in a school setting and contributing to student development alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Position Overview

• Contract Dates: August 2026 – May 2027
• Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Setting: Onsite
• Grade Levels: K–12

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
• Conduct evaluations to determine eligibility and service needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Indiana PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
