• Assess patients’ functional limitations.

• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing recovery and mobility.

As part of a collaborative and patient-focused team, you will also:

• Document patient care meticulously.
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
