Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for SLP license in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience in pediatric settings, especially within schools
- Strong knowledge of teletherapy tools and best practices is a plus
- Effective communicator—able to collaborate with teachers, support staff, students, and families
- Comprehensive understanding of speech-language disorders common in elementary-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for elementary students
- Deliver direct therapy services to support academic and social communication goals
- Work closely with educators to facilitate classroom integration and progress monitoring
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with school guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Provide consultation, resources, and training to families and staff on speech and language interventions
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy models as needed to serve diverse student needs
