Business Opportunity: Outbound Sales Representative
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant and help existing small-medium business customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. The role involves engaging clients through inbound and outbound calls to consult on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
 
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience in the telecommunications industry. Formal training in a recognized sales methodology, such as MEDDICC or SPIN Selling, is considered a strong asset. Additionally, proficiency in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously is required. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential for success in this role.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure they are receiving the best possible service and identifying new sales opportunities. They will work closely with internal teams, such as customer support and technical services, to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the sales process. A structured sales process will be implemented to maximize customer lifetime value.
 
Preferred qualifications include telecommunications experience, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion, and the position offers a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
