Key Responsibilities:

• Provide call-only coverage with 24-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM.
• Manage fewer than 20 patients per shift, averaging around 15 patients in a 24-hour period.
• Fulfill in-house call coverage requirements.
• Perform arthroscopy and total joint replacement procedures.
• Conduct hip and knee procedures as needed.
• Maintain a call ratio of 1:4, with a callback rate of less than 25%.
• Handle fewer than 10 admissions during a 24-hour period.
• Engage in phone consultations as required.
