Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Office Manager to help run the day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with computers, helping customers, and being a key part of a growing business.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments and manage technician calendars
  • Handle customer accounts, payments, and invoicing
  • Use computer software and office systems efficiently
  • Communicate with technicians and management
  • Maintain organized records and paperwork
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills (comfortable learning new software)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred (but not required)
