Allied Psychological Services LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, NV! Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, efficient front-office environment
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars for clinical and administrative staff
- Handle patient intake, records management, and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA
- Coordinate billing, insurance verification, and accounts receivable processes
- Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and performance oversight
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, referrals, and communications
Requirements:
- 2+ years of office management experience, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting
- Familiarity with medical billing, insurance processes, and EMR/EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, professional demeanor
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
