Job Description
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
- At least one year of prior experience working with school-aged students
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and goal tracking in an educational setting
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement interventions effectively
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students with a range of needs in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments and document progress, making recommendations for intervention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate and train school staff and family members on supportive strategies and equipment
- Maintain organized records and comply with all relevant policies and procedures
