Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role is ideal for an experienced school-based OT who thrives on individualized attention and flexible scheduling. Working near Kelseyville, CA, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to focus your expertise on supporting one elementary-aged student from TK to 4th grade. Your contribution will be essential to this student’s growth and development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
  • Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to develop creative and personalized intervention plans
  • Effective case management and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to one student on a biweekly basis
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adapting interventions as needed to support goals
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and school guidelines
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom and home adaptations when appropriate
