About the Role

In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be responsible for helping small to medium-sized businesses optimize their wireless phone services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with existing customers to identify opportunities for upgrade and optimization.
  • Consulting with clients on their current packages to uncover potential for additional revenue-generating services.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive more value from existing client relationships.

Requirements

To succeed in this critical role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience, including commission-based selling or performance targets.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales).
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Experience in B2B telecommunications sales and strong organizational and time management skills.
