Metal Stamping Operator (PPG#337098)

• Load and unload parts on machinery and maintain equipment according to company standards.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with blueprints and quality requirements.
• Operate and adjust equipment to maintain proper work procedures.
• Accurately report production data to the supervisor and enter information in Plex.
• Follow work instructions to complete production assignments within the scheduled timeframe.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements using lean manufacturing concepts.
• Assist with loading and unloading coils when the material handler is unavailable.

• Previous Metal Stamping or Press Operation Experience –6 months minimum experience.
• Ability to read and use measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
• Understanding of necessary tools and instructions to ensure product quality.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Forklift certification.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and work for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

• Exposure to moving parts, sharp edges, hot surfaces, sparks, and noise.
• Personal protective equipment required, including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves when necessary.
