In your role as a Medical-Surgical nurse, you will be essential in providing top-notch care to patients at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Educating patients and ensuring their safety through preventive measures
- Exhibiting proficiency in the safe operation and troubleshooting of equipment in PCU/Telemetry/MedSurg areas
- Implementing infection control protocols and isolation procedures
- Keeping precise records of patient conditions and nursing actions
- Ensuring prompt execution of physician orders and communicating critical lab results
- Restocking emergency supplies and carts
- Flexibly working across departments as required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
- Active Washington state nursing license is required
