This is a €100M ARR global SaaS leader with blue-chip customers worldwide. Following strong growth in their Digital Experience Management (DEM) product line, they’re hiring a Managing Director to run this €13M ARR business unit, scaling it to €30M+ over the next five years. Full P&L ownership, direct access to the CEO & Board, and the chance to act as a “mini-CEO” across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

Role
- Lead and grow a fully product-led SaaS platform delivering next-gen, real-time IT monitoring and observability for complex, hybrid IT environments. You’ll own business strategy, product roadmap, GTM execution, and culture for a 45-person cross-functional team – engineering, product, sales, and marketing.
- Expect board-level visibility, global impact, and the ability to drive both strategic enterprise sales and high-volume SME growth. This is hands-on leadership with the autonomy to innovate, simplify, and scale.

✔ Proven GTM leader with deep technical credibility (product, founder, or technical GTM background)
✔ Experienced in both PLG and SLG SaaS business models
✔ Hands-on track record scaling SaaS to €10M+ ARR
✔ Product management expertise plus strategic selling to enterprise-level clients

✔ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
