Job Title: Machining Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Machining Specialist to join our manufacturing team in a dynamic environment.
Available shifts include day and night, 12 hours per shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate pultrusion machines efficiently to produce high-quality products.
- Ensure raw materials are stocked and ready for production to meet customer demands.
- Monitor product flow and maintain continuous production to maximize efficiency.
- Effectively operate control panels on pultrusion machines to optimize production.
- Conduct quality inspections during production runs to ensure product excellence.
- Clean equipment and tools regularly to prevent downtime and maintain a safe working environment.
- Packaging, labeling, and documenting finished products accurately to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machining Specialist is essential for success in this role.
- A strong background in the manufacturing industry is required to understand production processes.
- The ability to work 12 hour shifts without issue is necessary to meet production demands.
- Lifting up to 50lbs is a physical requirement of this position.
