Machine Operator (Molder)

Location: Minneapolis, MN 55412

Pay: $21.25 per hour

Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Summary:

Hiring a reliable Machine Operator (Molder) for 3rd shift. Operate press machines to mold rubber components to specifications.

Responsibilities:

· Operate press machines to insert rubber into molds

· Press control buttons to form molds and produce products

· Ensure product quality and consistency

· Follow safety and production procedures

Physical Requirements:

· Lift 50+ pounds frequently

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Basic mechanical aptitude

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Pre-Employment Requirements:

· Background check (no felonies within the past 7 years)

· Drug screen required
