Job Responsibilities

• Provide call-only coverage with beeper support for both inpatient and outpatient services.
• Manage a patient load of 15-20 per shift, including 2-4 inpatients for rounding.
• Maintain a patient volume mix of 85% outpatient and 15% inpatient.
• Perform required procedures such as ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsies, and incontinence treatments.
• Preferred skills include robotic surgery and advanced endoscopic techniques.
• Hospital privileges are necessary for this role.
