Legal Counsel 0 – 2 PQE – Office-Based (Edge of the Peak District)
Are you living in the Peak District or happy to relocate there? Are you a commercially minded lawyer looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, global business? We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join a dynamic in-house team on the edge of the stunning Peak District – a role that will see you fully immersed in the business, working onsite five days a week.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a major UK-headquartered PLC with a diverse portfolio of brands, where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (including IT, supply chain, licensing, marketing and e-commerce).
- Advising on IP, regulatory, and promotional compliance.
- Supporting on M&A activity and managing smaller transactions.
- Working closely with multiple teams across the business to provide pragmatic, commercial legal advice.
We’re looking for a qualified solicitor with strong commercial contracts experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
