Lead Analyst – Digital & Marketing Analytics
£60,000–£80,000 + Profit Share
London (Hybrid: Tues & Thurs in-office)
Join a sharp, well-respected digital analytics consultancy now entering a growth phase, they’re looking for a Lead Analyst to help shape delivery, own key client relationships, and solve a range of complex, often ambiguous business problems using smart, strategic analytics.
You’ll work directly with the founder and operate as both strategic partner and hands-on practitioner across digital, marketing, and customer analytics.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the primary client contact, leading conversations and presenting insights
- Own and deliver complex projects from scoping through to execution
- Work on a variety of analytics challenges across MMM, attribution, LTV forecasting, clustering/personalisation, and dashboarding
- Help build new ways of working as the business scales
- Contribute to thought leadership, direction, and internal best practices
What They’re Looking For:
- Sharp communicator with strong client-facing experience
- Strong SQL + Python skills; confident owning full analytics projects
- Experience with tools like GA or Adobe Analytics
- Strategic thinker who thrives in grey areas and loves solving tricky problems
- Understanding of customer data, marketing performance, and campaign strategy
- Ideally, a mix of agency and client-side experience — if not, you’ll need to have managed agency partners directly
- Happy in a fast-paced, lean team where everyone gets stuck in
