Junior Commercial & Real Estate Lawyer- Real Estate Sector
Contract: 3-6 months+
Location: Victoria, London

A leading global real estate investment and asset management firm is seeking a junior lawyer to join their London legal team on an interim basis. You’ll be part of a collaborative London-based team working on high-profile property and investment transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Contracts
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including supplier contracts, service agreements, consultancy arrangements, and NDAs
Real Estate Transactions & Asset Management
- Support on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and property management matters for a wide range of asset types
Corporate & M&A Support
- Assist on corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and restructurings
Team Management & Oversight
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Experience:
- Experience working in-house
- Real estate experience (desired)
- Commercial contracts exposure
- Confident managing paralegals and handling a varied workload
