This position includes a generous $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! As a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering therapy services alongside vocational and educational programs, as delegated and supervised by a licensed Occupational Therapist, in accordance with the patient’s Treatment Plan.
- Training patients and their families to manage retraining programs, which encompass skills such as dressing, feeding, grooming, and hygiene.
- Documenting and reporting observed information and progress in patient records, along with preparing clinical notes.
- Participating in care coordination and discharge planning, serving as a resource for other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.

- Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant license in North Carolina.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
- Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Working Conditions
The pay range for this role is $41.00 – $57.00 per visit/unit, translating to an annual base salary of $64,000 – $87,500. Please note that this compensation range reflects a good faith estimate for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, education, and certifications.
Additional Information
- Driving Requirements: Participation in our driver safety program necessitates a valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/100.
- TB Screening: As this role involves patient interaction, you will be required to undergo tuberculosis (TB) screening if selected.
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours.
