Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
You will consult with clients on their current packages and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
In addition to the above requirements, you must be proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously, have exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, and be able to apply proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

Others
This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
