As an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping existing Small-Medium Business customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

Experience & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers) are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements

  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
  • While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
