Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. As an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with existing Small-Medium Business customers to upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services.
You will consult with clients through inbound and outbound calls, assess their current packages, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.
- Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

- Earn a competitive base pay + commission: $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.

Other Requirements
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
- Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
