Customer Support Representative Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Work Arrangements
This is a remote opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule within certain parameters.
Key requirements include:
- Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Minimum 6 hours requirement on at least 1 weekend day (Sat and/or Sun).
Benefits
You will receive:
- $24 CAD per hour paid training.
- Paid training will be delivered via video and must be completed in its entirety to pass.
