About the role:

We are looking for a Growth Associate to join our Strategy & Commercial team. This is a newly created, mid-level role ideal for someone with a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and 2-4 years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting or a similar environment.

You will work closely with our Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer, Head of Sales and other business leaders to support the company’s commercial, growth and strategy function. Your work will be crucial in supporting and driving activities across growth strategy, commercial analytics, pitch and deck preparation, market research, and performance tracking. You’ll play a critical role in helping us identify opportunities, build business cases, and communicate clearly across internal and external stakeholders. The role will evolve with the business with opportunities to take on more responsibility and cover a wide area in the business.

A typical day in this role might look like:

  • Prepare strategic presentations, proposals, decks and presentations for internal decision-making and external stakeholders
  • Model high ROI uses of our technology and build into business cases
  • Research matching funding pots with technology deployment opportunities
  • Conduct structured problem solving and market research to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing
  • Partner with the sales team to analyse pipeline performance, market trends, and conversion metrics as well as support sales activities and follow ups
  • Support the development of our commercial and growth strategy in alignment with our broader company vision
  • Contribute to performance tracking and reporting frameworks that inform company direction
  • Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects led by the Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer

Who/what are we looking for?

  • 2-4 years of experience in consulting or a similar strategy/analytics-heavy role
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Economics, Business, Engineering, Maths, Medicine, Computer Science etc
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalent) skills
  • Proven experience in building decks, business cases, and analytic reports
  • Have experience in most of the following:
  • Client/stakeholder engagement and management
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas
  • Data visualisation
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic organisation that is rapidly evolving, and navigate the ambiguity, change, and challenge this environment occasionally creates
  • Prior experience in Health Tech is desired. A strong interest in this field and willingness to learn is essential
  • Familiarity with analytics languages and dashboarding tools like SQL and Tableau
  • Exposure to CRM tools or commercial operations processes
