Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a K–8 school team for the full academic year. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while managing a small caseload of higher-needs students in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–8
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience with higher-needs populations is a plus
