Foreman – Concrete

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**

– Lead and supervise concrete crews on various projects.

– Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to plan and schedule work.

– Interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of concrete work.

– Oversee the setup and layout of forms, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete.

– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

– Conduct daily job site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

– Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and productivity.

– Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

**Requirements:**

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

– Extensive knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and equipment.

– Strong leadership and team-building skills.

– Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

– Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

– Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.

– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
