Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a top performer to join our Customer Experience team. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers with a professional demeanor and address their concerns
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  3. Meet or exceed performance objectives and productivity targets

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and passion for innovation
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Flexibility:

Set your own flexible schedule between Monday to Sunday (7am-8pm MST) from the comfort of your home. A minimum of 25 hours per week is required, including at least 6 hours on one weekend day (Sat and/or Sun).
