We’re looking for someone to join our Accountancy Renewals team at IRIS Software Group , where you’ll be working with existing customers to support their renewals, answer questions, and make sure they’re getting the most out of our products.
This isn’t cold calling. These are customers who already use and rely on us – you’ll be the person who keeps that relationship strong and makes the renewal process seamless. You’ll also have the chance to build your commercial skills and even spot opportunities for upselling.
Location: Slough – On site
