Customer Experience Representative
We’re seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on our customers’ experiences. You’ll be working closely with our team to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
You’ll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may be experiencing. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with our company.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to meet performance objectives and productivity targets
Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- $24 CAD per hour
- The flexibility to work from home
- A minimum of 25 hours per week, with at least 6 hours on one weekend day
We also provide paid training, which includes two days of video training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
