Corporate Senior Associate – 5–8 PQE

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a top-tier Corporate team at a progressive, values-driven law firm, recognised for its market-leading advice and people-first culture. The team is Tier 1 ranked in Legal 500 and Band 1 in Chambers & Partners, advising an enviable client base of iconic brands, multinationals, and high-growth businesses.
The Role
As a Senior Associate, you will play a lead role in delivering a wide range of high-value, high-profile corporate transactions and advisory work, with exposure to both UK and cross-border matters. You’ll advise across:
- Private M&A and group reorganisations
- Private equity and venture capital investments
- Corporate finance and pre-IPO funding
- Shareholder agreements and governance
- Public markets and IPO support (AIM and Aquis)
- Joint ventures and corporate structuring
You will work closely with leading Partners in a collaborative, multi-office team, contribute to client relationship management and help mentor junior team members.
About You
- 5–8 years’ PQE within a corporate team at a recognised firm
- Strong drafting, commercial and project management skills
- Experience across M&A, PE/VC or broader corporate advisory
- Comfortable handling client relationships and leading workstreams
- Ambitious, collaborative and excited by business development
