The opportunity
The firm’s growing Corporate team is looking to onboard an experienced Corporate Solicitor in range to work alongside a number of highly experienced, reputable partners. This growth hire is completely backed by the team, with a clear path to partnership available to those interested.
You can expect to work on all aspects of corporate work, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, shareholder agreements and general advisory work.
The firm is known for its work in the retail, fashion and hospitality industries, among others, and you can expect to work with clients ranging from SMEs to household names.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE gained from a reputable firm
- Strong background in M&A preferred
- Experience in business development. A following is not required, but will be compensated for if brought.
