Corporate Solicitor 1 – 3 PQE

A leading Legal 500 law firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to work on a broad mix of corporate and banking matters, supporting a diverse client base that includes high street banks and non-traditional lenders well as commercial clients across a range of sectors.
The team:
- Advise on a portfolio of corporate work including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, corporate reorganisations, and regulatory matters.
- On banking matters advice to both lenders and borrowers and act as a panel firm for a number of high street and non-traditional lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and finalising facility, security and intercreditor documentation, perfecting security, and assisting with lender pre-completion requirements
- Providing expert legal advice to clients across a range of corporate and banking matters
What experience is required:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in corporate law
- Ideally some experience working with banking clients
